Creston Police Report Three Arrests

(Creston) Creston Police arrested three people on Thursday.

*Officers arrested 34-year-old Jabon Allen Lee Diercks of Creston at Clark and Elm for failure to appear. Police transported Diercks to the Union County Jail and held him on a $1,000 bond.

*Creston Police arrested 36-year-old David Carter McLain of Creston at 302 N. Pine Street on two counts of assault. Officers cited McLain and released him on a promise to appear.

*Creston Police arrested 27-year-old Jacob Jack Davis of Creston at Maple and Mills for possessing a controlled substance and violating probation. Authorities transported Davis to the Union County Jail and held him on a $2,000 cash bond for each charge.
