(Adair Co) The Adair County Board of Supervisors approved a Sheriff’s Office employee resignation this morning.
Adair County Auditor Mandy Berg read a letter to the Board on behalf of Sheriff Vandewater who could not attend the meeting.
The Supervisors approved the resignation and gave their approval to start the hiring process.
The Supervisors also received a report from County Engineer Nick Kauffman on the Safety Program and a report on Secondary Roads Maintenance & Activities. The board received a quarterly update from Environmental Health Director Jotham Arber. And, the Supervisors approved the annual Weed Commissioners report.
