Fremont County Man Arrested on Sexual Abuse Charges

(Sidney) A Fremont County man faces sexual charges concerning several incidents, including an alleged assault at the victim’s residence.

According to the press release, Fremont County Deputies arrested 29-year-old Donald Wayne Riggins Jr. on October 11 for Sexual Abuse, 3rd – Degree, against an incapacitated individual, a Class C Felony: Sexual Abuse, 3rd – Degree, a Class C Felony, and two counts of Indecent Exposure.

Anyone with information regarding any sexual misconduct by Riggins is asked to contact the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office at 712-374-2424 and ask for Sgt. Wake, or your local law enforcement agency.
