Iowa Named 7th Cheapest State To Live In

(Des Moines, IA)  —  Iowa has the 7th-best cost of living in the U.S. That’s according to the Missouri Economic Research and Information Center. Also known as MERIC, they evaluated the state by looking at the cost of housing, groceries, utilities, and other expenses. Mississippi is the cheapest state to live in. The most expensive state — Hawaii.
