(Woodward) The only grocery store in Woodward, Iowa, is closing its doors. The owners, A.J. and his wife, Varsha, decided about a year ago to retire, hoping for someone to buy the store. They talked to Fareway, but they weren’t interested. The City of Woodward will have a reception for the couple and their store this Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
