(Fort Dodge) Devontae Raenall Mosley-Smith, convicted of Robbery 2nd Degree and other charges in Webster County, failed to report back to the Fort Dodge Residential Facility as required yesterday.
Mosley-Smith is a 31-year-old black male, height 5’11”, and weighs 242 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on August 1, 2023.
