Montgomery County Man arrested on Harassment Charges

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 61-year-old Daniel Mark Kinnersley of Red Oak early this morning near N 2nd and Joy Streets. Officers transported Kinnersley to the Montgomery County Jail on charges of two counts of harassment-1st degree. Authorities held him on a $2,000 bond.
