(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested 58-year-old Ruth Helen Starkey, of Omaha, Nebraska, on September 21st for Burglary 3rd, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.
Ronald Lester Hemiller, 46, of Villisca, was arrested September 21st for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $2,000.
Tara Jean Hemiller, 44, of Villisca, was arrested September 21st for Driving under Suspension. Bond was set at $300.
Kristopher David Lydon, 44, of Glenwood, was arrested September 22nd on a warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order. Lydon was held on no bond.
