(Des Moines, IA) Three men are in handcuffs after a drive-by shooting. Des Moines Police were called around 3:30 a.m. yesterday to a report of gunfire from a black car near 2nd and Forest Drive. Officers located the car and chased after it before the suspect’s car tire blew out. They arrested three suspects and found two handguns and rifles inside the vehicle.
