(Shelby Co) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report from August 31st through September 14th.
Jerry Dewayne Summers Jr, age 52, of Missouri Valley, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 44 on August 31st. Summers was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while Revoked, and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
Pamela Marie Beste, age 53, Emerson, Nebraska was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 59 and Ridgeway Drive in Harlan on September 1st. Beste was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st, and Failure to Maintain Control.
Alvin Gregory Evans, age 39, of Harlan, was arrested September 3rd following an investigation. Evans was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving while License Suspended.
Jordan Michael Flaherty, age 39, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service in the 900 block of Farnam Street on September 3rd. Flaherty was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication.
James Robert McConnell, age 38, of Manilla, was arrested September 4th on an active Shelby County Warrant for Violation of Probation. McConnell was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Albert Alexander Johnson, age 37, of Harlan, was arrested September 5th on an active Shelby County Warrant for Driving while License Suspended. Johnson was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Gina Marie Sanchez, age 53, of Shelby, was arrested following a traffic stop in Shelby on September 5th. Sanchez was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st, Obstructing Prosecution or Defense, Improper Rear Lamps, and Improper Registration Plate Lamp.
Garth Anthony Brammann, age 64, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service in the area of 10th Street and Farnam Street on September 6th. Brammann was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Public Intoxication.
Justin Philip Funk, age 23, of Avoca, was arrested following a traffic stop at 5th Street and Tarkington Street on September 6th. Funk was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance, Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, and Failure to Maintain or Use Safety Belt.
Glenn Edward Summers Jr, age 41, of Irwin, was arrested September 7th on active Shelby County Warrants for Violation of Probation, and Violation of Parole. Summers was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Spencer Lee Miller, age 26, of Manilla, was arrested after a call for service in the 300 block of 2nd Street in Earling on September 8th. Miller was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Interference with Official Acts, Burglary 2nd, Burglary 3rd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Kyle David Confere, age 23, of Harlan, was arrested September 9th on active Shelby County Warrants for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug (2 counts), Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, and Control of Firearm or Ammunition by Ineligible Person. Confere was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Andrew Michael Lyman, age 34, of Denison, was arrested after a call for service in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue in Harlan on September 12th. Lyman was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with theft 5th.
Kenedee Marie Joanna Turner, age 26, of Audubon, was arrested September 14th on an active Shelby County Warrant for Theft 5th. Turner was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Daniel Harvey Pash, age 43, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on Oak Road on September 14th. Pash was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 3rd or Subsequent Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent Offense, Operating Non – Registered Vehicle, Fraudulent use of Registration, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and No Valid Driver’s License.
Kayla Marie Strong, age 31, of Walnut, was arrested following a traffic stop on Oak Road on September 14th. Strong was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 2nd Offense, and Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Offense.
Douglas Edward Leaders, age 67, of Hancock, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Highway 59. Leaders was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 3rd, and Driving on Wrong Side of Two Way Highway.
