(Fremont Co) Two people were arrested for Theft in Fremont County.
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office says 42-year-old Justin William Wake and 43-year-old Jennifer Rae Wake, of Glenwood, were charged on September 13th with Theft 2nd Degree. It is alleged that the couple stole approximately $9,600 worth of property from a residence in Riverton. Both were released after posting $5,000 surety bond each. Jennifer Wake was then arrested by Mills County Deputies on September 14th for Violation of Probation. She was released after posting $10,000 surety bond. The Mills County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation.
In other activity, the Sheriff’s Office arrested 54-year-old Clifford Thomas Good, of Council Bluffs, on September 9th on a Montgomery County warrant. He was released on bond.
Jeffrey Wade Massey, 52, of Hamburg, was arrested September 9th on a Mills County warrant. He was transferred to Mills County.
Christopher Ryan Willard, 38, of Hamburg, was arrested September 12th for Contempt of Court, Violation of a No Contact Order. He was held on $2,000 surety bond.
Jasper Alan Flowers, 24, was arrested September 13th for Violation of a No Contact Order. He was released after posting $300 bond.
Brandon James Stevens, 41, of Shenandoah, was arrested on September 14th on a Fremont County warrant for Disorderly Conduct. Deputies were called to a hotel for a disturbance. He fled the scene prior to law enforcement’s arrival and a warrant was issued. Stevens was held on $300 bond.
Courtney Paige Bartles, 31, of Hamburg, was arrested September 14th on a warrant for Violation of Parole. Bartles was arrested on the Fremont County warrant by authorities in Pottawattamie County and transported to Fremont County. He was held without bond pending an appearance in District Court.
