(Creston) A Creston man is in custody on a parole violation and drug possession charges.
Police arrested 68-year-old Richard Glenn Woosley at his residence on Thursday for Violating his Parole. Officers transported Woosley to the Union County Jail on a charge of intent to deliver marijuana under 50 kg and two counts of possession of a controlled substance 3rd offense. Authorities held Woosley in the Union Jail on no bond.
In a separate incident, Police arrested 44-year-old Sheri Jo Waters at 305 N Elm St. on a Union County Warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a promise to appear.
