(Red Oak, IA) – At 9:00 a.m. on September 8th, officers of the Red Oak Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the 100 block of North 2nd Street. After the investigation, officers arrested the driver, Ryan Nelson, for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving Under Suspension. Nelson is currently being held at the Montgomery County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond.
