(Polk County, IA) The former owners of Adventureland are being sued by the family of Michael Jaramillo, who died after his raft on the Raging River Ride flipped in 2021. The former owners are asking that the trial be held away from Polk County, where they think they have a better chance at a fair trial. The jury is set to begin March of next year. They also want the trail date moved back.
