(Forest City) An investigation continues into the death of a woman at a Winnebago festival in Forest City. Authorities say 76-year-old Joyce Engstrom was attending the Camp Winnebago rally last week when the accident happened. Engstrom was inside a trailer that was being pulled by a truck when it somehow unhooked and then began rolling downhill. Authorities say she either jumped or fell out of the trailer and then was run over by a tire. Engstrom died from her injuries at a hospital. The Camp Winnebago Rally is a big event that brings in Winnebago owners from all over to Forest City every year.
