Funeral Set For College Student Who Died In Crash

(Creston, IA)  —  Southwestern Community College students continue to mourn the loss of two of their own.  The funeral for Halsie Barnes will take place Saturday at the Mount Ayr High School gymnasium.  Arrangements for Ella Jo Leonard have yet to be announced by her family.  The two SWCC students died last week in a collision in Union County.  Hundreds attended a candlelight vigil this week to pay tribute to Barnes and Leonard.
