(Des Moines, IA) — Iowa shoppers are about to get some relief at the cash register. The state’s annual tax-free holiday is scheduled for August 4th and 5th. Shoppers won’t have to pay state and local sales tax on clothes and footwear that costs less than 100 dollars. The tax-relief holiday comes right in time for folks to do their back-to-school shopping.
