(Pottawattamie Co) The Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday held the first public hearing and consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 8 of the Zoning Ordinance.
Matt Wyant, Planning and Development Director, said they received an application from a county resident requesting a text amendment to the I-2 (General Industrial) District that would allow automobile, boat, farm implement and equipment, motorcycle, mobile home, trailer and truck sales and rental and service added into the class I-2 Zoning District.
The Supervisors set June 20th as the date for the second consideration.
