Historic Iowa Baseball Season Ends

(Terre Haute) The University of Iowa’s historic baseball season comes to a close. The Hawkeyes fell to Indiana State 11-to-8 Sunday evening in the regional finals of the NCAA Tournament. Iowa staved off elimination Sunday afternoon, defeating North Carolina 6-5 in 13 innings. Iowa finishes the season 44-16, tied for the most wins in program history.
