(Manning) IKM/Manning School District Patrons voted in favor of the $7.9 million tax revenue bond referendum in Tuesday’s special election, with 1,146 voting yes, and 463 voting no. The project includes the renovation projects at the Manning campus. These are unofficial results until the county board of supervisors in the counties affected canvasses the votes.
