(Undated) The Attorneys General of Iowa and Nebraska plans to file a lawsuit over year-round E-15 sales. Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird says the Clear Air Act required the EPA to put regulations in place within 90 days but the agency took more than 300 days to issue a proposed rule. Bird says the EPA used the delay to justify implementing new rules for 2024 instead of for this summer.
