Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports six arrests and two citations.

Andrea Vanessa Lazcano, 26, of Newton, was arrested February 26^th for OWI 1^st Offense. Lazcano was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Joseph Eric Funke, 46, of Fontanelle, was arrested February 27^th for Driving Under Suspension, and on warrants for Violation of Probation and Driving While Barred. Funke was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.

Scott William Richard Funke, 47, of Fontanelle, was arrested February 27^th for Driving While Barred. Funke was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.

Jackson Dirk Bakken, 21, of Creston, was cited and released on February 28^th for OWI 2^nd Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Offense, Carrying Weapon While Intoxicated, Open Container, and Failure to Maintain Control. The charges stem from a rollover accident near Highway 92 and Riverside Avenue.

Jasmine Ray Blaylock, 37, of Greenfield, was arrested March 2^nd on a warrant for Theft 4^th Degree. Blaylock was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Scotty William Hudson Jr., 34, of Des Moines, was cited and released on March 2^nd for OWI 2^nd Offense and Open Container- Driver.

Dustin Brian Benge, 40, of Greenfield, was arrested March 2^nd on a warrant for Criminal Mischief 2^nd Degree, Theft 4^th Degree, and Harassment 3^rd Degree. Benge was held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Larissa Marie Beaty, 40, of Ankeny, was arrested March 3^rd for Driving While Barred. Beaty was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.

In other activity, the Stuart Police Department arrested 35-year-old Dana Marie Walker, of Adair, on February 26^th for Driving While License Revoked. Walker was released on her own recognizance.
