(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 21-year-old Sabastian Kage Meek of Red Oak on Wednesday in the 100 block of E. Street for 2nd–degree theft. Officers transported Meek to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $5,000 bond.
