(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 63 year old Ronald Lee Hall, of Red Oak, this (Monday) afternoon for Theft 5th Degree (Shoplifting from the Fareway Store). Hall was held on $300 bond in the Montgomery County Jail.
