(Grand Junction) Two people died in a single-vehicle crash in Greene County near Grand Junction.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at 9:11 p.m. on Saturday on Highway 30 west of T Avenue. Authorities say 32-year-old Ryan Michael Vaughn, and 41-year-old Shiena Marie Hadley, both of Jefferson, were killed in the crash.
According to the report, a westbound 2006 Chevy Colorado pickup went out of control, entered the south ditch, rolled, and struck a tree. Vaughn and Hadley were ejected from the vehicle. It is unknown who was driving the pickup. The accident remains under investigation.
Jefferson EMS transported Vaughn and Hadley to the State Medical Examiner.
