(Clarinda) Clarinda Chief of Police Keith Brothers reports that Clarinda Police Officer, Charles Leroy Dailey, 40, was arrested on Monday in Monroe County, Florida for domestic battery causing bodily harm. Dailey is currently being held in the Key West, Florida jail facility. Dailey has been an officer with the Clarinda Police Department since November 2020. No additional information is available currently.
