Creston Police Arrest Maryland Man on Drug and Weapons Charges

(Creston) Creston Police arrested a Maryland man on drug and weapons charges.

Police arrested 19-year-old Jadon Ahmed Penn on Monday at 802 W. Taylor street for Carrying a loaded gun in City limits and possessing a controlled substance, Marijuana, 1^st offense. Officers transported Penn to the Union County Jail and held him on a $3,000 cash bond. Additionally, Police arrested 30-year-old Shanqunek Shirlena Fleming of South Carolina with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana, 1^st Offense. Authorities released her on a Promise to Appear.
