(Adair Co) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Dakota Eugene Brown, of Creston, on February 10th on a warrant for Forgery and on a warrant out of Wright County for Failure to Appear for Show Cause Hearing for Failure to Pay Child Support: Contempt of Court. Brown was held in the Adair County Jail on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
In other activity, the Adair Police Department arrested 40-year-old Brandon Thomas O’Neill, of White Lake, Michigan, on February 5th for Felon in Control of a Firearm and Open Container-Driver. O’Neill was held in the Adair County Jail on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office cited 32-year-old Logan James Hovick, of Cambridge, Minnesota, on February 6th for OWI 1st Offense, Open Container – Driver, and Failure to Maintain Control. Hovick was released.
The Sheriff’s Office cited 33-year-old Austin Lee Cooper, of Creston, on February 11th for OWI 2nd Offense and Speeding. Cooper was released.
