(Creston) Creston Police report four arrests and one theft.
*Police arrested Riley Dean Stark of Kellerton on Friday at Commerce and Highway 34 for OWI 1st Offense. Officers transported Stark to the Union County Jail and released him after he posted the $1,000 cash bond.
*Police arrested 21-year-old Malachi Shon Elms of Orient on Friday at 107 East Irving Street for Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, and Interference with Official Acts. Authorities transported Elm to the Union County Jail and held him on a $900 cash bond.
*Creston Police arrested 47-year-old Xochitl Mari Cruz De Rodriguez of Texas on Saturday at the intersection of Adams and Elm for OWI 1st. Police transported Cruz De Rodriguez to the Adams County Jail and released her after she posted the $1,000 cash bond.
*Police arrested 52-year-old Brent John Thompson of Shannon City on Sunday at Highway 34 and Birch Street for OWI 1st and Interference with Official Acts. Officers transported Thompson to the Union County Jail and released him after he posted the $1,300 cash bond.
*Trevor Miller of Creston reported that someone entered his apartment between January 13, 2023, and February 9, 2023, and stole one Glock pistol, two Glock cases, and one Glock 19 holster. The loss is estimated at $550.00.
