Senator Ernst says among her many reasons is the Chinese Spy Balloon that flew over the U.S. last week and a proposed Chinese corn mill plant near Grand Forks Air Force Base in North Dakota. She says this puts our national security at risk.
Senator Ernst stated food security is national security. We need to make sure we have those resources dedicated to updating our system so we can find ways of enforcement much more accessible than what we can do now.
