(Undated) — Three of Iowa’s members of Congress are making a trip to the southern border with Mexico.
Republican Senator Joni Ernst says when beds are too full at border facilities, they’re forced to let people crossing the border go. She says border agents told her beds are full every day. Ernst was joined by fellow Republican Representatives Randy Feenstra and Mariannette Miller-Meeks on her trip this week to look at the flow of fentanyl into the U.S.
