(Harlan) Shelby County Sheriff Neil Gross says two men face multiple charges in connection with several recent burglaries within Shelby County.
Sheriff Gross stated in the press release many hours of an investigation and execution of multiple search warrants led to the arrests of 57-year-old Rodney Craig Musich of Harlan, and 29-year-old Brandon Lee Bemister, of Herman, Nebraska.
Musich and Bemister are charged with one count of burglary, two counts of 3rd-degree burglary, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of prohibited acts penalty. Bemister faces additional charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, intent to manufacture and deliver, and unlawful possession of prescription pills.
Shelby County authorities held each Musich and Bemister on a $50,000 bond.
