Mills County Sheriff’s Report

(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports ten arrests between September 14 and September 19.

Daniel Charles Meggison, 39, of Malvern, was arrested September 14^th for Assault – Display Dangerous Weapon. Bond was set at $2,000.

Nolan Michael Cherek, 19, of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, was arrested September 14^th for two counts of Theft 1^st. Bond was set at $20,000.

Donovan Edward Hankins, 41, of Tabor, was arrested September 15^th on warrants for two counts of Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $20,000.

Mykla Christine Montgomery, 20, was arrested September 15^th for Theft 3^rd. Bond was set at $2,000.

Justine Elaine Gregory, 45, of Glenwood, was arrested September 15^th for Burglary 3^rd. Bond was set at $5,000.

Jo Ann Rae Delashmutt, 65, of Council Bluff, was arrested September 15^th for Burglary 3^rd. Bond was set at $5,000.

Aaron Ray McDaniel, 30, of Malvern, was arrested September 17^th on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Driving under Suspension. Bond was set at $2,000.

Jacobb Anthony Bowman, 20, of Missouri Valley, was arrested September 17^th for OWI 1^st. Bond was set at $1,000.

Michael David Barton, 39, of Glenwood, was arrested September 18^th for Harassment 3^rd. Barton was held on no bond.

John Thomas Lawrence Cannon, 26, of Council Bluffs, was arrested September 19^th for Disorderly Conduct. Bond was set at $300.
