Mills County Sheriff’s Office Report

(Glenwood) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests and incidents of theft and burglary.

Kenneth Miller of Harlan reported an attempted burglary 3^rd on May 4, and Lynne Freemyer of Malvern reported a 4^th – degree theft on the same date.

The two arrests also occurred on May 4. Deputies arrested 29-year-old Matthew Russell Archer of Las Vegas for 3^rd -degree criminal mischief and 4^th – degree theft. Deputies also arrested 34-year-old Spencer David Rehm of Craig, Missouri, at the Fremont County Jail on a warrant for Failure to Appear for possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities held him on a $300 bond.
