(Creston) Creston Police arrested 24-year-old Tyler Jay McElroy of Ottumwa, on Monday, for 2nd – degree burglary. Officers transported McElroy to the Union County Jail and held him on a $10,000 cash bond.
Creston Police arrested 18-year-old Tina Sue Joann Richards of Creston early this morning at the Creston Union County Law Enforcement Center for Trespassing. Authorities cited and released Richards.
