(Washington D.C.) Last week, the U.S. House and Senate passed a government’s continuing resolution bill before the February 18 government shutdown deadline.
Iowa Congresswoman Cindy Axne says this was her ninth vote to continue government operations. She says Washington needs to start completing its budget in a timelier manner.
The recent measure will keep government agencies afloat through March 11.
