(Creston) Creston Police arrested 34-year old Jeffrey Michael Donald Drake of Des Moines early this morning at Lincoln and Townline. Police charged Drake with 1st -degree harassment, and two counts of 3rd – degree harassment. Officers transported Drake to the Union County Jail and held him.
