(Des Moines) The State Auditor’s Office is investigating the Southern Iowa Council of Governments.
Creston Police arrested its’ executive director Timothy J. Ostroski on Wednesday night. Authorities charged Ostroski with four counts of forgery and one count of 1st – degree theft.
The State of Iowa Auditor’s Office is assisting in safeguarding SICOG records and working with the Iowa Economic Development Authority to assure appropriate testing procedures are performed.
