(Des Moines) Iowa House District 21 Representative Tom Moore says the Education Committee voted and passed two bills this week.
House File 2052 simply provides schools with the decision to filter internet sites and/or social media sites from their internet server. House File 2040 states that schools cannot require immunization against COVID-19 for enrollment in any licensed child care center, elementary or secondary school, or postsecondary school in Iowa.
Moore said the Human Resources Committee passed three bills.
And, House File 2017 handles the professional licensing of interns enrolled in a doctoral degree program in psychology.
