(Des Moines) The Iowa Department of Public Health’s weekly data shows 1,960 additional positive cases of COVID-19 in Region 4 from Wednesday, January 26 through Wednesday, February 2.
Over the past seven days, the Iowa Department of Public Health reports 976 new positive tests in Pottawattamie County, 154 in Crawford County, 153 in Harrison County, 150 in Mills County, 106 in Page County, 80 in Cass County, 100 in Shelby County, 90 in Montgomery County, 52 in Fremont County, 41 in Audubon County, and 58 in Adams County.
IDPH also reports six additional deaths in Pottawattamie County and one additional death each in Mills, Page, Cass and Montgomery Counties.

In Region 1, the IDPH reports at this time 205 additional positive cases of COVID-19 in Guthrie County, (2,439 total positive tests) (42 deaths). The IDPH reports 54 additional positive cases in Adair County, (1,724 total positive tests) (47 deaths).
