(Creston) Creston Police report two arrests and one break-in.
Police arrested 23-year old Maxim R. Kozlov of Shannon City on Monday at the Law Enforcement Center on a Department of Corrections Warrant for Indecent Exposure. Officers transported Kozlov to the Union County Jail and released him on his own recognizance.
On Monday, Creston Police arrested 31-year old Brooke Marie Carter of Creston at her residence for 5th Degree Theft. The charge stemmed from an incident at Dollar General. Officer’s cited and released Carter.
Police investigated a report from Annalisa Marie Scarpello of a break-in at her parent’s residence while they were on vacation. The missing items are valued at $267.00.
