Audio PlayerChief Erickson said Erich and Tammy’s business, Wickman Chemical, provides lunch each day for their employees and anybody else who happens to stop by at lunch time. They provide numerous special activities for employees including hunting trips for the guys and culture outings for the girls. He said the Wickman’s are also gracious with the length of time off from work for a family illness or death.
