(Montgomery Co.) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Obadiah D. Waddell, 19, of rural Henderson this (Wednesday) afternoon on a warrant charging him with Harassment 1st Degree. Waddell was located at his residence and taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $2,000 bond.
