(Pottawattamie Co.) One person was arrested following a pursuit in Pottawattamie County on September 3rd. The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says a Deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a Ford Fiesta with paper license plates in the 31000 block of Tamarack. Cassandra Farfalla, 33, was charged with Eluding, Reckless Driving and Operating a Non Registered Vehicle.
Two people were arrested after a Deputy noticed two vehicles in the Tractor Supply parking lot on Veterans Memorial Highway and South Expressway on September 5th. Following an investigation, Anthony Curtis Martinez, 53, was arrested for Providing False Identification Information (two counts). Joshua Jay Moraine, 37, was arrested for Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Canceled or Revoked.
Delani Catherine Kern, 23, was arrested following a traffic stop at Main Street and Kanesville on September 5th for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense, Improper Rear Lamps, and Failure to use Headlights.
Zachary David Schwager, 31, was arrested following a traffic stop on Wabash Avenue on September 4th for Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.
John Lee Carlson, 60, was arrested on September 4th after a Deputy observed a Jeep sitting in the travel portion of Hamlet Lane. Following an investigation, Carlson was arrested for Driving While Barred. During the same incident, Ariana Jade Hoersch, 27, was arrested for two counts of Violation of Probation.
Tracey Lynn Klahn, 46, turned herself in on September 3rd on a valid warrant through the Council Bluffs Police Department.
