(Adair Co.) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports six arrests and three citations over the past week.
Matthew Shawn Clark, 32, of Greenfield, was cited and released on August 23rd for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense.
Ryan Cumming, 48, of Des Moines, was arrested on August 23rd for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
Erich Sean Johnson, 37, of Casey, was arrested August 24th on an Adair County warrant. Bond was set at $200 cash only.
Anthoney Howard Diamonde Grefsheim, 27, of Des Moines, was arrested on August 24th for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
Shane Robert Seagler, 42, of Massena, was arrested August 26th for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense. Bond was set at $300 cash only.
Andrew Thomas Palmer, 27, of Creston, was cited and released on August 26th for Driving While License Denied or Revoked.
Dalton Cliffton Duffield, 27, of Orient, was arrested on August 26th for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Duffield was placed in a Deputies cruiser during a traffic stop. The Deputy could hear pounding on the patrol vehicle’s windows and rear cage. When the Deputy went to speak with Duffield, he was holding a plastic piece of a partition that was between the front passenger seat and the front passenger door behind the head rest. Duffield admitted to breaking off the plastic. Duffield was charged again on August 27th for Criminal Mischief 5th Degree. While at the jail, Duffield had ripped a wooden plank off of the bench in his cell and threw it at the window in the cell. Bond was set at $300 cash only.
Joel Bolton Miller, 59, of Lenox, was cited and released on August 28th for OWI 1st Offense.
Jason Michael Aloi, 42, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, was arrested on August 27th for Overtaking and Passing, Reckless Driving, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Aloi was traveling on Interstate 80 at approximately the 96 mile marker when witnesses stated he was passing on the median side shoulder. Aloi then struck a semi tractor-trailer that was in the left lane, causing it to make contact with another tractor/trailer in the right lane. Aloi’s vehicle became disabled in the median. Officers responded to the scene and made contact with Aloi who was in possession of small containers containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. Also located were pipes with the same substance. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
