(Denison) On Wednesday, four out of the eight Cass County 4-H exhibitors garnered first-place finishes in the Best of the West Showdown in Denison.
This is an invitation-only show featuring the top place winners at their respective County Fairs. The champion beef, sheep, swine, and goat market and breeding competed in the show. Counties participating include Cass, Crawford, Carroll, Harrison, Ida, Monona, Sac, Shelby, and Woodbury.
The Cass County winners were; Brant Will champion market beef; Ashton Hagen, champion breeding doe; Morgan Will, champion market lamb; and Makenna Potter champion market goat.
