(Shenandoah) The Page County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 22-year-old Joshua Lee Lehman, of Shenandoah.
Lehman was arrested after the Page County Sheriff’s Office received a call late Thursday night of a vehicle in the ditch south of Highway 2 on A Avenue. Lehman told authorities he looked at his cell phone while driving and went in the ditch.
He’s charged with OWI 1st Offense and cited for Failure to Maintain Control.
Lehman was transported to the Page County Sheriff’s Office and held on $1,000 bond.
