(Pottawattamie Co.) A Council Bluffs woman was arrested for Eluding and Theft.
A Pottawattamie County Deputy attempted to stop a stolen vehicle on Sunday and a pursuit ensued. The vehicle was pitted and Nicole Larae Kinney, 22, was arrested for Eluding While Exceeding the Speed Limit by 25 mph or more and Theft 2nd – Motor Vehicle Theft under $10,000.
In other activity, two people were arrested after Deputies were called to the Oakland park on Saturday for an assault that occurred during a float trip that evening. Samantha Ann Cox, 36, and Travis Todd Nelson, 32, were both charged with Assault.
Stefanie Ann Bolton, 39, of Denver, Colorado, was arrested early this morning for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order.
Michael Paul Rostermundt, 60, was arrested July 16th on an outstanding warrant for Violation of Probation.
Damien Joseph Keairns, 39, was arrested following a traffic stop near 510th and Highway 92. Keairns had a valid warrant for Theft 5th.
Tara Lea Nelson, 27, was arrested following a traffic stop on Sunday for Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device.
Austin James Barlow, 18, of Council Bluffs, was served a warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault, Strangulation on July 18th.
