(Creston) Creston Police report two arrests and one incident.
Police arrested 26-year old Matthew Hamm of Creston on a Union County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Hamm was released from the Union County Jail on a $600 bond.
Police arrested 47-year old Angela Wimber of Afton at the Law center on a Union County warrant for Operating While Under The Influence 1st Offense. She was released on a $1,000 cash bond.
According to Police, Daniel Scarpello, of 511 W Mills, reported someone stole the back license plate off his vehicle. The loss is estimated at $5.00.
