(Adair County) The Adair County Board of Supervisors held another lengthy discussion on the solar panel ordinance Wednesday and approved some changes to the language in the draft. County Attorney Melissa Larson will make the changes and then distribute the final draft for the Board to review. The Supervisors plan to meet Friday morning to approve the draft and then they will set a date for a public hearing.
In other activity, the Supervisors approved the low bid from Herberger Construction out of Indianola in the amount of $544,965.75 for the N34 Richland Road bridge project. Engineer Nick Kauffman said the cost estimate for the project was $570,000. The Supervisors also approved a Road Use Agreement for Heartland Divide II wind project.
